McMaster Out As National Security Adviser, Bolton In

There's been another big shake up on President Trump's team. H.R. McMaster is out as National Security Adviser, and former UN Ambassador John Bolton is in. And, after threatening a veto this morning, President Trump signed the $1.3 trillion dollar spending bill Congress passed yesterday, funding the government through September.
