Ramon Versus The IRS- The Telephone Call
By now you've heard that Ramon got a voicemail saying the "IRS" was going to cancel his social security number. They even left a call back number. So Ramon got the tape rolling and called the "IRS" back. The following call was cut down from the 45 minutes he spent on the phone with them to 21.5 minutes. What transpires happens in real time with no edits (other than removing dead space, hold times, etc to speed up the length of the call)
