Rip Tilden

\\n\\n

During the past 15 years, Mr. Tilden has held senior leadership roles in three Philadelphia area companies.\\xa0 From 1994\\u20141996, he was a senior executive with Alco Standard (now known as Ikon Office Solutions). Alco was a Fortune 500 office products and distribution company based in Wayne, PA.\\xa0 He then joined InterDigital Communications, where he was a member of the senior executive team of that King of Prussia-based wireless technology developer for 10 years.\\xa0 He served as the company\\u2019s Chief Operating Officer from 2001\\u20142005.\\xa0 More recently, he led a multi-million dollar fitness and wellness business in West Chester as its general manager.\\xa0

Mr. Tilden earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from DePauw University in 1975 and his MBA from the University of Chicago in 1982.\\xa0
