Mary Elizabeth BowenMary Elizabeth Bowen is an Assistant Professor of Health at West Chester University and a Research Health Science Specialist for the\\xa0Department of Veterans Affairs in Philadelphia. She has established a one-year graduate certificate program in gerontology at West Chester University with \\u201cA Focus on Healthy Aging.\\u201d The professional interdisciplinary program is designed to give students the skill set they will need to work with older adults in a variety of fields, including health care and elder law.
