During their conversation, they\xa0explored the security challenges facing the next president, including two wars, a rising China,\xa0a resurgent Russia, and a metastasizing ISIS,\xa0all topped off by\xa0a contracting defense budget,\xa0and examined whether and in what ways those challenges will cause the next president to alter U.S. strategy overseas.
