Chris Hoofnagle, Visiting Senior Research Fellow at King\u2019s College and Professor of Law in Residence at the UC Berkeley School of Law, joins Kevin Frazier, Assistant Professor at St. Thomas University College of Law and a Tarbell Fellow at Lawfare, and Eugenia Lostri, Lawfare's Fellow in Technology Policy and Law, to discuss ALL things cybersecurity\u2014its theory, history, and future.
