Britain Covey, Devin Lloyd, and Theo Howard are accomplished football players for the University of Utah playing in the Rose Bowl January 1st, 2022.

Britain Covey has 3,989 career all-purpose yards and ranks fourth all-time at Utah and placed at Utah’s sixth all-time receiving yards at 1,977. Britain has 46 career games played, 23 of which were starts, and has received 2020 Phil Steele All-America honorable mention and CoSIDA Academic All-America along with 2021 CBS Sports All-America first-team selection. Additionally, he has five All-Pac-12 selections, four as a returner (first-team in 2018, 2020, 2021). Britain has declared for the 2022 NFL draft with his last game as a Ute to be in the Rose Bowl on January 1st, 2022.

Devin Lloyd has 46 career games with 31 starts. He ranks fourth in Utah history with 43 career TFLs and is currently the only Power Five player in the 2021 season with 15 tackles for loss AND multiple interceptions. Devin is second in Pac-12 with 106 tackles and third in the league averaging 8.2 per game in addition to an impressive 8 sacks this season. He’s the only active Pac-12 player with three career interception return TDs. He is expected one of the first linebackers selected this spring in the NFL draft.

Theo Howard spent his final year in collegiate football with the Utes where he played 12 games with five starts, recording 10 receptions for 140 yards (14.0 ypc) and one touchdown. He scored a four-yard touchdown that would lead to the game-tying two-point conversion that sent the game against San Diego State into overtime. Prior to his time at Utah, Theo played in 10 games at the University of Oklahoma in 2020 after transferring from UCLA where he played in 34 games with 24 starts from 2016-19. In addition to Britain and Devin, Theo has declared for the 2022 NFL Draft.
