Morning Update: The Battle For The Grand Jury Records In Palm Beach Continues
In a week where we have seen a lot of activity in the courts in regards to Epstein, there is now more.
The battle to unseal grand Jury records from the first Epstein arrest is raging in Palm Beach with lawyers for the Palm Beach Post and the state going back and forth attempting to make their case to the court.
The court has been unmoved by the Posts arguments thus far however and it would seem an uphill battle to get the records unsealed. The judge is set to make a ruling soon.
