Morning Update: Judge Denies Punitive Damages For Two Epstein Survivors
A judge in New York has denied punitive damages on top of compensatory damages in a case brought by two Epstein survivors in New York.
Their lawyer, Gloria Allred disagreed with the ruling and said she intends to pursue every avenue to assure her clients are compensated.
