According to software expert Reichart Von Wolfshield Jeffrey Epstein planned to entice the authorities to raid his house by strategically placing girls who were of age but looked younger at his house in hopes the police would raid the house.

After the raid, Epstein planned on claiming that he was being harassed by the authorities so that he would gain sympathy in the eyes of the public.
