In today's episode we take another look at the ruling by the 11th circuit court of appeals and the fallout that has followed.
Two of the three judges empaneled sided with the government while one judge dissented in fiery fashion all but guaranteeing a full review of the whole court.
Once again the survivors are left playing a waiting game as the slow wheels of the justice system turn.
