Prince Andrew might not have the Union Jack hung in his honor but that doesn't mean he has been completely sidelined.

The disgraced Prince acted in a messengers role for the Queen when he met with the Chinese Ambassador to discuss the Coronavirus outbreak and then went on to celebrate the lunar new year with the dignitary.

In a move that has people who are following the case scratching their heads, it would seem that the Royals are saying one thing about Andrew while doing something completely different.
