Prince Andrew has a birthday coming up. For his previous Birthday's the union jack flag has been flown in his honor at council buildings.

This year the tradition has met fury and rage as the disgraced Prince faces the fallout from his relationship with Epstein and the accusations made by Virginia Roberts.

One thing is certainly apparent...the year is not kicking off the way the Royals hoped it would.
