Dr. Popper has been featured in many widely distributed documentaries, including Processed People and Making a Killing and appears in the new film, Forks Over Knives, about diet and health, which opened in major theaters nationwide in May 2011. She is one of the co-authors of the companion book, Forks Over Knives, which recently appeared on the New York Times bestseller list.
