Chef AJ is a chef, culinary instructor, professional speaker, and author. All this month, Laura Theodore is celebrating the release of her new book Jazzy Vegetarian Classics: Vegan Twists on American Family Favorites! Season 3 of Jazzy Vegetarian, airs on the CREATE channel, every Tuesday and Thursday, all across the country! Chef AJ has a comedy background and has made appearances on The Tonight Show and\\xa0David Letterman. In LA, Chef AJ teaches her popular cooking class, which includes cooking instruction, nutritional advice, song parodies and flat-out fun. Chef AJ is author of the book Unprocessed: How to Achieve Vibrant Health and Your Ideal Weight. Many of her recipes can be seen on her YouTube cooking show The Chef and the Dietitian.
