Today, I am chatting with a good friend and amazing health coach who goes by the name of Lisa\\xa0Lewtan. Outside of being an award-winning author, Lisa is probably known best for being an expert on stress. But interestingly enough, she became an expert on stress because of her beginnings in the tech world.\\xa0

Lisa actually started her entrepreneurial journey at the age of 22, where she co-founded a successful tech company. But like many entrepreneurs, she burnt out. As we all know, the stress of owning a company can catch up on you\\u2014and it caught up with Lisa in a big way.\\xa0\\xa0
