The mistake is \\u2013 drumroll, please \\u2013 talking too much. And I\\u2019m guilty of this, too. Many of us are hardwired as teachers and simply want to share our knowledge. But this is the last thing you want to do on an enrollment call.\\xa0

Instead, ask questions. Let the prospective client do all the talking. Make that mute button your best friend.
