Tice wonders if anyone really knows what artificial intelligence is and how it works? It\\u2019s an easy way to frighten people and make sure intel budgets increase. NSA has been swimming in money for the last 20 years and no one has ever questioned their budget. Tice says the reason the Intel Community focuses on surveilling domestically is for control. NSA gathers compromising information on people in power and can ultimately use it to blackmail them to make sure their coffers remain full.
