The prosecution is based on an exceedingly questionable legal theory, questionable on a couple of different points and it is a real abuse of prosecutorial judgement. D.A. Alvin Bragg apparently wants to get Trump for falsification of business records which is a misdemeanor in New York and on top of that, the Statute of Limitations ran out.\\xa0 Then Bragg wants to make it a felony by tying it to another alleged crime paying hush money to Stormy Daniels.\\xa0 Smith says that wasn\\u2019t a campaign expenditure and the whole case falls apart.\\xa0 Did Bragg really think about what\\u2019s good for the country?\\xa0 Where are the responsible leaders to stop political persecution?\\xa0 Smith\\u2019s afraid it\\u2019s going to get worse before it gets better.\\xa0 Ultimately people are going to have to revolt at the polls. \\xa0
