Gordon says Biden hasn\\u2019t imposed costs on China for supplying lethal aid to Russia. Biden had promised such aid would be a red line but China ignored him. Now China knows Biden\\u2019s warnings on Ukraine are hollow. Biden\\u2019s failure to impose those warnings are extremely dangerous and anything can happen.
