Music Mentorship - Or the lack thereof!
I was watching MasterChef Junior last night and noticing how compassionate the Master Chefs were to those children and how they MENTORED them. And then you would see how the opposing teams would help each other out.. as if they all wanted the other to WIN. It was amazing television and I'm wondering why I don't always see this among Christians in the Music Ministry? I can't tell you how many times when I was young, asking a musician to show me some chords and then get ignored.
