Arya, Hot Pie, and Gendry make their way north from Harrenhal, in hopes of reaching the safety of Riverrun. The trip won\\u2019t be an easy one, as they avoid the roads in favor of the cover the rugged terrain provides. Arya\\u2019s worried about being hunted by Roose Bolton\\u2019s men, but gets some help from an old friend. Simon and Mackelly saddle up for the ride.

Chapter Review:
Arya Stark and her friends Hot Pie and Gendry successfully escaped Harrenhal. However, they now find themselves traveling through dense woods and high hills, and across rivers, with nothing more than a vague map and Arya\\u2019s comprehension of geographical orientation to keep them going in the right direction.

Arya\\u2019s plan is to go north to the Red Fork of the Trident, then follow the river west to Riverrun. She\\u2019s sure Lord Roose Bolton will send a hunting party after her, as she stole and murdered a guard, to make their escape. Along their travels, they hear wolves howl and have a run-in with a trio of them. But they\\u2019ve seen no sign of any men tracking her and the boys.

When they can go no further without falling asleep in their saddles, they make camp for the night. Arya dreams she\\u2019s a huge wolf. Her pack attacks four members of the Brave Companions. The pack kills three, and she kills the fourth herself.

Characters/Places/Names/Events:
Arya Stark - Younger daughter of Ned and Catelyn Stark.
Gendry - Friend of Arya. Former armorer\\u2019s apprentice. Bastard son of King Robert Baratheon. Worked in the Harrenhal smiths.
Hot Pie - Friend of Arya. Worked in the Harrenhal kitchens.
Roose Bolton - Lord of the Dreadfort. Heading up the eastern contingent of Robb Stark\\u2019s army. Currently the lord of Harrenhal.
Vargo Hoat - Leader of the Brave Companions, aka the Bloody Mummers. Flamboyant, lisping swellsword.
Jaqen H\\u2019ghar - Mysterious Lorathi assassin whom Arya saved from death during the battle between the Night\\u2019s Watch recruits and Armory Lorch\\u2019s men.
Nymeria - Arya's direwolf that she was forced to abandon in the Riverlands, while traveling to King's Landing, in order to save her from execution for attacking Prince Joffrey.
