\nThey bring up the question: Why do we do things that don\u2019t make us feel good and why do we skip out on things that make us feel good?
\nJess brings up how good it feels to get in her daily 15 minute workout with Bloom Flourish Fitness and Sam shares that she feels her best when she shows up for her morning meditation calls.
\nThey encourage you to create your very own alter ego, or the version of you who already feels good and to tap into your younger self to make sure that you\u2019re making them proud.
