When in doubt, go back to basics!

If you are finding yourself in a hard season of life, then you might benefit from getting back to basics.

What are the basics things that help you feel better?

A cold cup of water, a nap, a walk, a deep breathe etc.

Take some time to wallow in self-pity and then get up and start taking the steps needed to feel good.
