You have To Be 21 Years Old To Buy Whipped Cream Cannisters In New York (8/29/22)
New York has now passed an ordinance where you have to be over 21 years old to be a whipped cream cannister. The reason? People are using the nitrous cartridges inside of them to catch a buzz.
