Josh Shapiro, the Governor of Pennsylvania announced at a joint press conference with Ohio Governor Mike DeWine that his office has made a crimianl referral in the matter of the train derailment in E. Palestine Ohio and that he and his office planned on holding them accountable for the cleanup and everything that comes after it.
