The Mexican cartels started out as nothing more than a transportation service for the Colombian kingpins. However, as time went on and the playing field changed, things started to evolve in a different direction.
Fast Forward a couple of decades and the Mexican cartels have flipped the whole script and not only are they in charge of trafficking the white gold, they are also involved in its production and to do this, they have set up shop in Colombia.
In this episode, we take a look at the siutation in Colombia and how the Mexican cartels, namely the Sinaloa cartel, have been able to solidify their position inside of the country. A scenario that would have been laughable in the past, is now a reality.
