The Los Chapitos have unfurled banners in northern Mexico warning people that the production and sale of fentanyl in Sinaloa and Mexico is now forbidden. However, many experts have serious doubts that the Chapitos would leave billions of dollars on the table and in fact, they believe that this move is to try and win them the hearts and the minds of people in the United States and Mexico, so that the heat on them dies down.
