The EU and The Move To Pass Their Own Version Of RICO To Combat Organized Crime (5/28/22)
The European union is seizing the opportunity to increase their ability to go after organized crime syndicates in the wake of the Kinahan sanctions. With new laws being proposed that in some ways mirror the RICO laws in America, the EU is attempting to, for the first time, really go after the leaders of these criminal groups in Europe.
