The United States of America has effectively policed the world since the end of World War 2. During that era of Pax Americana, Europe has come to rely heavily on the United States to take the lead in the world and now after the debacle in Afghanistan, European Leaders are beginning to take another look at where America stands in the world and What their relationship will look like moving forward.
