The Delphi Murders: Why Judge Gull Kept The Trial In Carroll County (1/14/23)

Published: Jan. 14, 2023, 5:30 p.m.

There was a lot of speculation that Judge Gull would move the venue of the trial due to the fact that Richard Allen is unlikely to get a fair trial due to the nature of the crimes he is accused of and the fact that there are only 20,000 residents of Delphi. Instead, Judge Gull ruled that the trial would stay in Carroll county, but the jurors would come from elsewhere in the state.

In this episode, we take a look at that decision and what might have motivated her to make it.
