The Delphi Murders: The Arrest Warrant Remains Sealed As Others Are Thought To Be Involved (11/22/22)
Judge Gull delayed a decision to unseal the documents that were in question during a hearing today. The prosecution revealed in court today that they believe others were involved in these crimes and due to that reason and the sensitivity of the investigation, a decision to unseal has moved.
Richard Allen's attorney's say that the evidence is flimsy and have asked for bail. A bail hearing has been set for February.
