The Delphi Murders: Richard Allen Asks The Court To Provide Him Legal Counsel (11/11/22)
After Richard Allen was first arrested he told the court that he was going to provide his own legal defense. However he has now sent a letter to the court asking for a court appointed attorney to oversee his case. We also get an update on Kegan Kline and the request his lawyer made regarding the continuance.
