Kegan Kline, the man who has been, at the very least tied to the Delphi Murders, has now notified the court that he would like eto change his plea from not guilty to guilty. The prosecutors are on board with the request and now the only question is, what made him change his mind and could that have anything to do with the Delphi Murders and the upcoming trial of Richard Allen?
