Judge Frances Gull, the judge overseeing the Richard Allen trial has ruled that Richard Allen's legal team will not be held in contempt of court.\xa0 \xa0 The ruling comes after the request was made by the prosecutor due to the many missteps of Richard Allen's team along the way.\xa0 \xa0
While the Judge did not charge them with contempt, she did call them negligent and sloppy.\xa0 \xa0
