Quinton Simon's Grandmother Hands Over 8 Notebooks to The Court (2/14/23)
Quinton Simon was a 20 month old baby who the authorities say was murdered by his mother, Leilaini Simon, while she was high on drugs. Her mother, Billie Jo Howell, who had custody of the baby at the time of his murder, was ordered by the court to turn over 8 notebooks and during her court appearance, she did.
Leilani Simon faces a multitude of charges, including murder.
