Prosecutors Want To Try The Teenager Who Killed Lily Peters As An Adult (9/4/22)
10-Year-old Lilly Peters was brutally murdered and assaulted by a 14-year-old boy, who according to reports, was a relative. The prosecutors have now announced that they want to try him in adult court for his crimes, considering the gruesome nature. The accused and his lawyers, however, say the case should stay in the Juvenile court system.
