Prosecutors In South Carolina Respond To Allegations Made By Alex Murdaugh (9/18/23)
Over the past few days we've heard from Alex Murdaugh's legal team that they have new information about the court clerk and how she allegedly tilted the jury in the favor of the state and they say it's on the back of these allegations that they are asking for a new trial.
The prosecutors have responded to these allegations and they say that there is nothing here and that the conviction should stand.
The matter will now be decided by the judge and the court.
