The city of Moscow is gripped by feelings of fear, discontent and unease as the second month of the investigation into who murdered Kaylee, Ethan, Madison and Xana rolls on. A once vibrant college town, now finds itself with empty streets and more questions than they have answers. Meanwhile, the investigators say they are making process and say that the case will not go cold.
