The media coalition that has challenged the gag order instituted by Judge Marshall over the Bryan Kohberger trial and how that gag order infringes on the first amendment of the media and the public at large. The media and their first attempt at repealing the gag order was shut down over procedural reasons after it was filed with the wrong court.
