b'Bryan Kohberger was back in court yesterday as the battle over evidence continues to rage in front of Judge Judge.\\xa0 \\xa0\\xa0

According to the prosecution, they have handed over all of the discoverable evidence that is available to them, and the allegations that they are slow walking evidence during the discovery phase, is nothing more than noise from the defense.

However, the defense, is singing a different tune and according to them, Bryan Kohberger\'s constitutional rights are being stepped on by the state and his right to a fair trial is being infringed upon by the behavior of the prosecution.\\xa0 \\xa0


Judge Judge has not made a ruling yet and there is still no official start date for the trial.
