Murder In Moscow: Judge John Judge And His IGG Decision (10/31/23)
Judge John Judge issued an order last week about the IGG evidence used by the prosecution that led them to eventually fingering Kohberger as a suspect and in that ruling he order both parties to a hearing so that he can get a look at this evidence for himself before deciding which way to go.
The prosecution doesn't want to set precedent by turning over investigative information but the defense says that they should have access to all the evidence being used against their client.
The question is...what will Judge Judge think?
