Mexico Is On Edge As Cartel Violence Grips The Nation (8/17/22)
The Mexican government is reeling after heavy and excessive cartel violence rocked the nation for multiple days over the weekend. From cars set on fire to assassinations in grocery stores, Mexico had it. Now AMLO has decided that his hugs not bullets strategy is not working and has instead deployed the military to attempt to quell the violence.
The question is...will it work?
