Dave Chapelle Is Attacked By A Deranged Lunatic While Performing At The Hollywood Bowl (5/4/22)
Dave Chapelle was performing his set at the Hollywood Bowl when one of the patrons in the crowd got up and made a direct line for the comedian. After tackling Chapelle on the stage, security and friends rushed to his aid and got the man away from Chapelle. Thankfully, nobody was seriously hurt, although the assailant seemed to have a few relatively serious injuries that would need attention. When things settled down, it was revealed that the man was armed as well.
