According to Alicia Franklin, a Memphis woman who says that she met Cleotha Abston Henderson on the dating Plenty Of Fish, he raped her at gunpoint before his abduction of Eliza Fletcher. That assault, which she reported to the police, went ignored according to her and that inaction, led to the suspect being free and able to hurt others.
