Brittney Griner Update (5/13/22)
Brittney Griner, the WNBA star, has been imprisoned in Russia for close to three months now. She has been charged with being in possession of marijuana vape cartridges and for this offense, she is now looking at a possible 10-year sentence. She was expected to appear in court today, but the Russian prosecution has decided to move her hearing back one month.
