All Of Epstein's Men: Kevin Spacey Seeks To Keep Expert Testimony Out Of His Civil Trial (9/30/22)
Kevin Spacey is facing legal trouble on several fronts and his lawyers have been toiling away as they try to defend their client. In doing so, they are asking the court to deny an expert witness that prosecutors want to use during the trial. The expert that the prosecutors are trying to use is Lisa Rocchio, who you might remember from the Ghislaine Maxwell trial. Judge Kaplan is yet to rule on the matter.
