Alec Baldwin Is Still In Jeopardy Of Being Charged With Manslaughter (10/20/23)
The prosecution team overseeing the criminal charges due to the shooting death of Halyna Hutchins on the set of Rust has announced that they will be taking their case to a grand jury in order to find out if Alec Baldwin will be charged with manslaughter.
The previous charges against Baldwin were dropped, but with the new prosecutors taking over the case, things are once again set to ramp up when it comes to Alec Baldwin and his alleged responsibility for what happened.
