A Wave Of Violence Hits Colombia In the Wake Of The Extradition of Otoniel (5/10/22)
The Colombian government achieved what they hailed as a huge victory recently when they were able to extradite the convicted drug lord, Otoniel to the United States. However, any time a move like this is made it is met with significant resistance from the cartel members and their allies. In Colombia, that means taking to the streets and shutting cities and towns down.
