Las Vegas is the kind of place where you always expect wild and odd things to go down, but even in Las Vegas, you never expect to see a man eating another mans face.\xa0 \xa0 However, that's exactly what happened in front of 7-11 that is located on Las Vegas Blvd (The Strip) And Charleston.\xa0 \xa0
The man, who told police that he hadn't slept for days and that he was "tweaking" when the attack happened, but besides that had nothing else to share with the police officers at the time of his arrest.\xa0\xa0
A competency hearing has been scheduled.\xa0
